Refund policy

We want you to love our chili oil!

If you have a critical issue with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement bottle. 

Food Safety & Returns:
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or consumable food products. If you are unhappy with the flavor or spice level, you do not need to ship the bottle back to us to receive your refund.

Damaged or Broken Items: 
We pack our jars with care, but accidents happen during transit. If your order arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged package and product within 7 days of delivery. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you. 

U.S. Shipping Only:
We currently only ship and fulfill orders within the United States.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
Please email our support team at flormexsg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
